This experience is led by Nervous System Chiropractor, Dr. JoAnne Bates of Rooted in Wellness Chiropractic and Intuitive Energy Healer, Jessica Evans of Blue Room Wellness, whose work is centered around helping people feel more supported, grounded, and connected in their bodies.
Together, they’ll guide you through a mix of conversation, movement, breath, and real-life examples to explore how the nervous system influences the way we move, train, recover, and show up in everyday life.
You’ll learn what a regulated vs. unregulated body can feel like, how stress and safety show up physically, and why being “stuck” or exhausted often has less to do with effort — and more to do with what your nervous system is experiencing.
This isn’t about doing more — it’s about creating space in your body to progress.
What to expect:
Simple, relatable education about the nervous system
Guided experiences to notice how your body responds in different states
Breathwork as one of several tools to support regulation
Practical ways to apply this awareness before workouts, after workouts, and in daily life
