Regulate to Ryze - Nervous System Workshop

Regulate to Ryze is an interactive workshop designed to help you better understand your nervous system — and feel what regulation actually means in your body.

  • ⏰ Saturday, February 21st from 11:00am - 12:30pm

This experience is led by Nervous System Chiropractor, Dr. JoAnne Bates of Rooted in Wellness Chiropractic and Intuitive Energy Healer, Jessica Evans of Blue Room Wellness, whose work is centered around helping people feel more supported, grounded, and connected in their bodies.

Together, they’ll guide you through a mix of conversation, movement, breath, and real-life examples to explore how the nervous system influences the way we move, train, recover, and show up in everyday life.

You’ll learn what a regulated vs. unregulated body can feel like, how stress and safety show up physically, and why being “stuck” or exhausted often has less to do with effort — and more to do with what your nervous system is experiencing.

This isn’t about doing more — it’s about creating space in your body to progress.

What to expect:

  • Simple, relatable education about the nervous system

  • Guided experiences to notice how your body responds in different states

  • Breathwork as one of several tools to support regulation

  • Practical ways to apply this awareness before workouts, after workouts, and in daily life

  • A supportive, low-pressure environment

✨ Sound Bath + Meditation with Kristi of Mystic Heart

We’re excited to welcome Kristi of Mystic Heart back to RYZE Fitness for another deeply restorative Sound Bath + Guided Meditation on Friday, January 23rd from 6:00–7:00pm.

This immersive experience is designed to help you slow down, release tension, and reset your nervous system through soothing sound frequencies and gentle meditation. This is our second time hosting Kristi, and we’re so excited to have her back with our community.

🧘‍♀️ What to bring:
Please wear comfy clothes and bring anything that will help you relax and stay warm—yoga mat, blanket, pillow, extra layers, or any props you love. No prior meditation experience is needed—just come as you are.

Holiday Strength x Brigid Collins 🎄

Join us for a festive full-body HIIT workout supporting the Brigid Collins Family Support Center, a local organization dedicated to strengthening families, preventing child abuse, and providing trauma-informed care in our community.

This holiday class combines movement, giving, and community connection — all while helping bring Christmas joy to local families.

Wear Your Festive Best

Ugly Christmas sweaters, holiday outfits, or anything merry and bright are encouraged! Let’s fill the studio with holiday spirit.

What We’re Collecting

Bring new toys, clothing, or gifts for:

  • Boys & girls ages 1–18

  • Christmas gifts for mothers

All items will go under our Ryze Christmas tree and support Brigid Collins’ Sugar Plum Program, giving families the opportunity to shop for Christmas.

Class Donations

All donation proceeds from this class will go directly to Brigid Collins to support their holiday and year-round family programs.

Pounds for Purpose - 2,000 lb Goal!

🥫 POUNDS FOR PURPOSE

November 2 – December 2
Benefiting the Bellingham Food Bank

We’re turning strength into purpose this season with our Pounds for Purpose Food Drive — and we’re setting our sights high! Our goal is to collect 2,000 lbs of food for our community, and if every active member brings just 10 lbs each, we’ll crush it.

Our vintage gym scale is ready — let’s stack it high and see how strong Bellingham can be when we lift together.

🏋️ How to Get Involved

  • Bring non-perishable food donations to RYZE anytime between November 2 – December 2.

  • We’ll track our progress on the vintage scale in the gym each week!

🥫 Most-Needed Food Items

Help us make the biggest impact by donating items the Food Bank needs most:

  • Canned proteins (tuna, chicken, salmon, chili, beans)

  • Nut butters (peanut, almond, sunflower)

  • Canned fruits and vegetables

  • Boxed meals and pasta

  • Rice and grains

  • Shelf-stable milk or plant-based milks

  • Baby food and formula

  • Cooking oils, soups, and hearty stews

Our monthly membership prices are increasing on December 1st:

If you have any active monthly membership by December 1st, you will lock in Founding Member Pricing for life. This means you’ll always pay the current rate—not the increased one—and your locked rate will follow you if you ever move up or down between plans.

All memberships renew every 4 weeks and operate on a credit system.

  • 3x/Week Membership – 12 Credits

    • $160 → $165

    • You can use these 12 credits however you’d like in this 4 week cycle.

  • 4x/Week Membership – 16 Credits

    • $180 → $185

    • You can use these 16 credits however you’d like in this 4 week cycle.

    • $190 → $195

    • Ideal for those who want full access and unlimited weekly training.

Founding Member Lifetime Pricing

  • Hold any active monthly membership by December 1st to become a Founding Member.

  • Your Founding pricing applies to all three membership tiers—you can upgrade or downgrade anytime and keep the rate tied to each plan.

  • If your membership becomes inactive for 6+ months, the Founding pricing expires.

  • We will always consider major life events (injury, pregnancy, illness, moving, extended travel) to help protect your rate.
