Join us for an evening with Dr. Heather Honey of Peak Hydration as we break down what’s really happening in your body during perimenopause, menopause, and post menopause. We’ll cover hormones, metabolism, mood, sleep, libido, and more—giving you real, evidence-based insight and practical ways to feel better and take control of your health. This is an open, supportive space to learn, ask questions, and connect with other women going through it too.
