Back Mobility Clinic + Workout

Join us for a 90-minute clinic designed to help you better understand, support, and strengthen your back. Zoe will guide you through a mix of mobility work and targeted exercises while breaking down how the back functions, what commonly leads to pain or injury, and how to care for it in a way that supports your workouts and everyday life.

This session is both educational and practical. You’ll leave with simple tools, movements, and awareness you can carry into class and your daily routine to keep moving your best.

This is a donation-based workshop with a suggested contribution of $10–15. Please reserve your spot in advance and plan to pay via cash or Zelle when you arrive.
