☀️ Summer Solstice Vinyasa Flow

Join us for a special outdoor Vinyasa Flow as we celebrate the Summer Solstice, Father's Day, and International Day of Yoga. We'll gather on the Stevenson property for a morning of movement, fresh air, community, and coffee as we welcome the start of summer together.

This all-levels flow is designed to help you move, breathe, and connect—whether you're a seasoned yogi or stepping onto the mat for the first time.

Please reserve your spot on the Ryze Fitness app and we'll send you the address prior to class. Bring your own yoga mat and any layers you may want for the morning. We'll have fresh coffee waiting for you after class.

This event is weather permitting. If conditions don't cooperate, we'll move the class back to RYZE.
